SHIPPING POLICY

Within the 48 Contiguous Unites States:

Shoebrats clients enjoy free ground shipping on orders of $99 or more, not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States. For all orders totaling less than $99 not including shipping costs and taxes, and shipped to an address within the contiguous United States, a flat-rate shipping charge of $9.99 will be applied using our Bratty Standard Shipping rates, and estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days.

Bratty Premium ground shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:
Our Bratty Speed ground option may reduce shipping time for rural residents and costs $16.99 per order. Estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days.

Bratty Express shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:
For your convenience, we also offer Bratty Express delivery, which costs $20.99 per order. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days. We make every effort to ship all Bratty Express orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (CST), Monday through Friday, on the same day. All Bratty Express orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (CST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped out on the next business day. Occasionally, there may be delays due to peak shipping periods, but we'll try our best to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, and US territories:
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and US territories is available for $16.99 per order, and estimated shipping time is up to 30 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $14.99 per order. Estimated shipping time is 9-11 business days. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping to these destinations.

Shipping to Canada:
Shipping to Canada is available for $19.99 per order, and estimated shipping time is 9-14 business days. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or customs. If you haven't received your order after 4 weeks, please call Client Services at 1 (888) 407-5772, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for assistance. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes on the value of the goods purchased, which may be imposed by the Canadian government.

VIP Member Shipping:
All VIP orders over $39, shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard ground shipping. VIP orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Canada receive a $5 discount on standard ground shipping charges. Excluding certain promotions.

For orders verified before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the package leaves our facility. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events. Please note: Orders to Canada may be charged additional state taxes or import fees. Currently, we do not ship overseas. Premium and Express Pink are not available for P.O. boxes.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
A Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all frames used in sofas, couches, love seats, upholstered chairs, ottomans, sectionals, and sleepers. Ashley Furniture Industries,Inc. warrants these components to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free from material manufacturing defects.

Payment Information

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.

Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
